Acara ini entahlah terbuka untuk umum atau hanya untuk undangan yang dipilih oleh panitia. Intinya, ada acara Literary Project Initiative di Goethe Institut Jakarta pada tanggal 29 Januari 2015. Begini rincian acaranya:
It is with great pleasure that we write to invite you to the launch of our literary project initiative, idwriters.com on Thursday, 29 January 2015 at Goethe-Institut Jakarta. The launch will be marked by a mission entitled Indonesian Writers for the World.
The whole day programs are kindly supported by Goethe-Insitut Jakarta, NyonyaBuku, and Tanam Ide Kreasi.
The evening will commence with a launching ceremony from 7 PM, with rundown as follow:

19.10 - 19.20 Welcome Speech by Valent Mustamin
